WWI Original Art -- Painting -- Polish Artillery

Since I don't read/understand Polish, this is an educated guess. I was able to pick out a few words and search them to discover that much of the handwritten words are Polish -- beyond that, I don't know what the contents of the text means (if you can read it and don't mind sharing your expertise, I'll add it to the listing).
What I can decipher is that this is an original piece of art, clearly drawn/painted from life. Believe the medium to be watercolor. It shows an artillery piece and 6 soldiers about to fire it. Beautiful colors. Again, to lend credence to this being Polish, the uniforms appear to match those of artillerymen from WWI.
The piece of paper itself has quite a bit of writing. It was folded at one point and there is some staining or foxing at the seam -- does not affect the image. Unfortunately, there is a smudge right across the face of the soldier closest to the viewer.
Original WWI era works of art aren't especially common, and one from this part of Europe is quite rare. Would frame nicely.
Measures about 7 x 9 inches.
