Waldrop blister tray feeder for conveyor

Description

Up for sale is a nice self standing blister/ tray feeder. It can feed 2 blister trays onto a conveyor for your operators to load. Maximum feed area is approx. 10"x 20" with a maximum 2.5" deep blister or tray. Unit extends into magazine, one or more large suction cups grab tray, pull out. Tray is released, slides down ramp to customer conveyor or table. Unit has 2 venturi vacuum generators, all valving required. Unit operated with a Micrologix PLC and has full safety circuit. A trip photoeye sensor (included and wired) initiates cycle. This unit is made entirely of Stainless Steel! Has casters, adjustable in height. Power required is 120 volts AC, with a 1/4" air line required as well. Comes with a rectangular magazine for trays, but a new one must be made to fit your tray/ blister. Unit operates well.
Includes an oversize flat skid, additional skidding at extra cost.
