Description

This is a vintage 1956 dated United States Air Force / Primary Training Yearbook entitled " Turning Final ". It is from Marana Air Force Base, Marana, Arizona and is for Class 56-F. The Commander was Lt. Col. Charles W. Sawyer. The training at Marana AFB was supervised by Hal S. Darr, President of Darr Aero Tech. The pilots used T-28's and T-34's for training. There is a roster with addresses in the back. It measures approx. 8" by 10 7/8". It is in good used condition with some wear and yellowing from use, aging, and storage. See photos.
