Ricard Anisette Liqueur Ashtray, Three Sided Bright Yellow Glass, France

Description

For sale is a three-sided bright yellow glass ashtray promoting Ricard's Anisette Liqueur. Based in France, Ricard is the premier global producer of anise-based liquors. This advertising piece features the Rickard logo on each of the side panels, each slightly slanted, with printed fields of blue, black and red. The ashtray measures approximately 6" wide at widest point (corner to corner) or 5 1/2" wide (side to side)  to  and sits 1 1/2" high.
The ashtray is in good condition. The graphics have light wear (most wear, photograph 10) and the glossy finish has faded in spots. There are no chips or other damage to the upper glass, but the lower edge has multiple fleabites in addition to a rough edge from casting (photographs 11 & 12). While some of the fleabites are visible if pointed out, they do not detract from the piece visually. This piece is unmarked.
