    Description

You're bidding on a 1930 Imperial Capital Rehabilitation silver medal. Please take care in examining the photos for the condition of this medal as it's the exact one you're bidding on. It comes in its original box that shows major age wear.
This medal was issued to both Army and Navy military members who helped in the rehabilitation of the Kanto region following the Great Kanto Earthquake in 1923. The front of the badge shows the Marunouchi business area in Tokyo with a gold gilt Imperial chrysanthemum above. The back has has an inscription that reads "Imperial Capital Rehabilitation Commemorative Medal, Showa 5 [1930] March"
