Rare 1914 - 15 Certificate for Defense of the Fatherland W/Swiss Flag & Artwork

Up for bid we have a
RARE 1914 - 1915 Certificate for Defense of the Fatherland featuring Great Artwork and a Swiss Flag in the Center.
I've done a bit of research on the piece but cannot find another like it.
I think the certificate is of Swiss origin and is commending "Heinn Ernest" for his service to the Swiss fatherland.
The artwork featured is very well done and is still bright & colorful after 100 years. The frame is oak and measures approx. 11" X 14-5/8".
