This issue includes the article "An Effective Artificial Hand". Nice 2–page article! Nice Photos! One shows a more traditional claw, and the others show more natural working models. The piece looks at the work of Swiss professors SAUERBRUCH and STODOLA. This is a wonderful time capsule. Among the features in this issue is one on the death of the apostle of long life ELIE METCHNIKOFF… It is in fine condition typical vintage corner and edge wear.
