Pre WWI Wiltshire Regiment Dress Belt and Belt Buckle Red and Black

I bought this belt and buckle at a reputable estate auction house. That is the extent of my knowledge of this item. It was represented as being pre World War I as an enameled Wiltshire Regiment belt and buckle and as being British. I believe it to be a dress uniform belt. The measurement of the belt when unbuckled and laid out measures approximately 43 inches from end of buckle to end of buckle. The belt appears to be in very good condition. The buckle does show signs of use such as the finish is worn and tarnished. Since taking photos I have left the rubber bands off of the belt. Since I am far from an authority on this belt I am making no personal claims or promises and the belt and buckle are being sold as is.
