The PackRite RTP-F is a semi-automatic table top medical bag sealer. This unit features an air operated jaw heat sealer rated from 5-15 bags per minute (Depending on materials, application and operator). Works with polyethylene and light foils with accurate control of temperature, pressure and dwell times.
The flat seal jaws size is 15" length by 3/8" width. It is air-operated and can handle bags or pouches up to 15" in Width to unlimited in Length and 8ml single thickness. The pressure range is up to 100 lbs maximum depending on seal width. Features an Omron E5CS temperature controller and a time/dwell controller. Air pressure is monitored via a pressure gauge, and is foot pedal operated. This unit can be used vertically or horizontally on a tabletop or pedestal.
Cleaned, inspected, and tested. Unit powers on. Controls operable. Foot switch operable. We connected air and were able to test the unit heats up and seals. Review images 3 and 4 for jaw opening and closing. Previously used by major medical manufacturer and was routinely serviced while in operation. Some minimal scratches, scuffs from previous use.
