    blazing mint luster, fiery, red-surfaces, quality fields for the grade, and overall PQ eye appeal. This was previously graded MS-63 RD by NGC, the surface quality and eye appeal speak to a higher grade, so I sent it back in, but the result was rather
    surprising
    . This is
    clearly
    full-red, so even if the graders
    disagreed
    with it being MS-64, calling this Red-Brown is insulting to this blazer. It is superior to any other MS-63 RD I've seen and on par with many MS-64's.
