This sale is for one Bowflex
replacement
weight/plate #5 which is the largest plate (7.5lb). I am listing these ones seperate from my other used ones as these are more beat up and have quite a bit of use on them. The tab is still in tact but showing some signs of stress and the bottoms of them are starting to separate. They still currently work fine but no telling how long they will last.
Please note : some of these are Nautilus branded items who is also the maker of Bowflex products. The original Nautilus dumbbells are the same as the Bowflex SelectTech 552 Series 1 but different branding and all parts are interchangeable with each other. These parts will NOT work with the Bowflex
SelectTech
552 series 2. The difference between the two is the series 1 have a gray tab on the handle and the series 2 have a red tab on the handle.
Each order includes only one weight/plate.
