    We accept Paypal. If you do not have an account through Paypal it is very easy to set one up and will take less than 5 minutes. If you search Google for the word “paypal” you will find the official website where you can set your account up.
    Ebay is a bidding contract. We will give you 4 days to pay for your item. If you don't pay for your item within 4 days we assume you are not interested in the item anymore and we will open up an Item Unpaid Case.     E-Checks
    E-checks through Paypal are not instant payments. If you pay with an E-check it will take up to 10 days to clear. We will then ship the item out after the E-check clears. If you want your item shipped immediately do not select E-check when you pay through Paypal. If you are unsure if you paid with an E-check you can check your Paypal account to see if the payment went through. Please contact us if you don’t know if you paid with an E-check. We can check for you.

    We use the United States Postal Service (USPS).
    Our standard shipping services are USPS First Class Mail & USPS Priority Mail. USPS First Class Mail is 2-5 business days. USPS Priority Mail is 2-3 business days. We do offer Express Mail/Overnight which is 1-2 business days. You do also have the option of USPS Parcel Post for a select few items.
    All orders will be shipped on the same business day if you make payment before 3 PM Eastern Standard Time. We ship on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday (See Below for October & December Shipping Information). USPS Express Mail (Overnight) has to be in the mail by 3 PM Eastern Standard Time to have a chance to reach its destination the next day. If you purchase Express Mail after 3 PM it usually takes 1-2 business days rather than overnight.
    During October & December
    During the months of October and December we will ship Monday-Saturday for Domestic and International orders.
    During October and December all orders will be shipped on the same business day if you make payment before 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. Express Mail (Overnight) orders will be hand delivered to the post office if you make payment before 5:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. Although, if you make your payment for Express Mail after 3 PM Eastern Standard Time it may take 1-2 business days to be delivered.

    We do ship WORLDWIDE. See our International shipping services above.
    USPS Express Mail International is a much better service and usually not much more expensive than USPS Priority Mail International. Customs will be much more lenient on Express Mail therefore it will go through Customs much easier in most countries than will Priority Mail. We recommend that you use USPS Express Mail International.
    We are not responsible if customs charges you a fee to retrieve your item. Please check your Customs to see if they charge a VAT/Tax fee before purchasing. Please be aware that Customs can hold onto an item for as long as they want. For this reason we are not responsible if shipping takes longer than the delivery times shown above.
    Combine Shipping
    We do COMBINE SHIPPING to keep your shipping costs down.
    Option 1: "Commit to buy" on the items you would like to purchase from our store but do not make payment. We will see that you have multiple items you would like to purchase. We will then send you an invoice with the corrected combined shipping to costs so that you pay the least possible amount for shipping. Once you get the invoice you can make the payment. We usually send you an invoice very quickly during business hours. After hours it may take up to 1 business day for an invoice to be sent to you.
    Option 2: You can also use eBays shopping cart. Add items to your cart and Ebay will automatically calculate the shipping costs. After you are done adding items to your shopping cart you can then "Checkout". All of your shipping discounts will be applied if you use the Ebay shopping cart. If there are further shipping discounts we will apply them to your Paypal account after you "Checkout".
    Customer Satisfaction
    Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us. We run our business based on what our customers say. We listen to YOU. If you ever have a problem (sizing issue, shipping issue, defective item, etc) please do not hesitate to contact us. There is a “Contact” button at the top right of the page and we urge you to use it if you have any problem whatsoever.
    What we build our business on is customer service. We believe that if we treat our customer’s right we will get the same treatment in return. This is why the eBay feedback system is vitally important to our success. When you go to leave feedback you have the option to leave positive, negative or neutral feedback. While we would love to have 100% positive feedback we understand if you are upset with the transaction you may leave negative. That is where our customer service may sway your decision. If you ever have a problem please contact us. We WILL resolve the situation.
    Also, when you go to leave feedback there is a “Detailed Star Rating” (or DSR’s) area where you leave 1-5 stars for “Item As Described”, “Communication”, “Shipping Time”, “Shipping and Handling Charges”. The way eBay’s “Detailed Star Rating” system works is if you leave less than 5 stars it’s basically like giving us a 1 star. Again, if you are upset with the transaction please contact us. We WILL resolve the situation.
    Refund Policy
    We do accept returns/exchanges. You have 14 days from when you receive the item to return/exchange it. Please do not return items that have been used, stained, smell, etc. We do thoroughly inspect the item upon arrival and if we notice that the item has been used we will not refund your money/exchange the item. We do also charge a 15% restocking fee of the sale price.
    Due to the seasonal nature of our items we do not accept returns after October 31st for any item that was purchased before Halloween.
    If you would like to return/exchange an item please click the link below, fill out the form completely and click “Submit”.
    After you fill the form out completely please wait for our response before you send the item back. We will usually respond within 1-3 business days. We will look over the form you completed and will decide if we will approve the return/exchange. We will contact you once we make a decision. If we do approve the return/exchange you can send the item back via any shipping service you choose.
    Once we receive the item we will inspect it for any signs of use. This may take up to 10 days. If the item makes it through inspection we will refund your money minus shipping and the 15% restocking fee. If you are exchanging an item the item will be inspected immediately and when it makes it through inspection we will send you your new item. If your item does not make it through our thorough inspection we will not refund your money. Please be respectful of our policy as many costume companies do not offer a refund policy.
    FAQ
    How much is shipping?
    When you are on one of our listings there is a tab at the top of the page underneath the picture that says “Shipping and Payments” . Click on that and then enter your zip code or country. The shipping services will then come up with the prices. Remember we do ship worldwide!
    I want Overnight shipping. Do you offer that?
    Yes we do! We use USPS Overnight Express Mail which is 1-2 business days. 3 PM is the cut off point for USPS. So if you make payment before 3 PM you will most likely get your item the next business day. If you make your payment after 3 PM it is 1-2 business days.
    What type of payment options do you accept?
    We accept Paypal. With a Paypal account you can pay with any major credit card, Paypal credit card, your bank account, or E-checks. It is very easy to use and also easy to set an account up with Paypal. Just go to Google and type in “paypal” in the search bar. When the results come up the Paypal Official Website will be on top. Click on that and you’re on your way to setting an account up in less than 5 minutes!
    What if I want to buy more than one item? Do you combine shipping?

    Where is my item?
    If you’re item has not arrived yet and it is past the stated delivery time please contact us. We will do everything we can to find out why you have not received your item in a timely fashion. If you are an International buyer the delivery times stated are not concrete. Due to customs being able to hold items at their will your item may take longer than the expected delivery time.
