The FR--900V band sealer machine allows for continuous uninterrupted sealing and printing of bags in vertical positions. Each machine is equipped with electronic contact temperature sensors which maintain the required sealing temperature for the bag being sealed as well as variable conveyer belt speed control.

This Stainless machine uses an electronic constant temperature mechanism and stepless speed adjusts transmission mechanism, it can seal plastic film or bags of various kinds of materials. A spare parts kit is included at no charge including fuses, teflan flat bands, and tools. The maximum sealing width is 12mm, if you want to seal a thick bag, adjust the up heating block and the up cooling block.

EALING LIQUID ITEMS THAT MAY SPILL ARE BETTER

. HORIZONTAL MODE IS BEST FOR NON SPILLABLE ITEMS AND BAGS THAT ARE SMALLER THAN 7 INCHES  . FOR LARGE BAGS TO 11 INCHES USE VERTICAL MODE.
The Teflon Band straps are 9/16 inches wide (29" full circle) and Conveyor Belt is about 5 ½ inches wide.
The Teflon straps are 29"full circle or 750mm long(if cut and measured end to end) x 15mm wide and .20 thicknesses.
Their main purpose is providing protection from sticking, much the same as Teflon coating in cookware, same principal applies.
The teeth belt is 200mm or 8" if cut 400mm or 16" end to end
