Operation Instruction:

2. Make sure your fence is wired properly
3. Visible Readings under light
4. Touch the short probe at the top of the meter to the charger post or wire to get a voltage reading
5. WARRANTY 6 MONTHS, If Quality Problems, free replacement in warranty

Warning
1. The tester can only be used to test standard duty, low impedance electric fences.
2. People with pacemakers should not use the tester.
3. Keep the tester dry. Don't use the tester if the tester or your hand is wet.
4. Inspect the tester before use. Do not use the tester if parts loose or damaged.
5. To avoid electric shock, do not touch any conductor with hand or skin. Wear rubber insulated gloves when using the tester.
6. When using the probe, keep your finger behind the finger guard.
7. Do not use the tester if it operates abnormally.
8. Do not use the tester around explosive gas, vapor, or dust.
9. It is recommended to verify the tester's operation by measuring a known electric fence before use.
10. Do not ground yourself while using the tester. Keep your body isolated from ground by using rubber shoes, dry clothing, rubber mat, or any approved insulating material.
