Please note that this lighting equipment weighs approximately 13lbs and has delicate components. We will pack the power pack properly with more than adequate padding to ensure that the item does not get damaged during transit. We do not pack our listings with re-used packing materials and shipping boxes.

OUR EBAY RETURN POLICY
There is a 30 day return policy. We will fully refund the eBay item if the item is returned to us in the same condition that it was shipped or picked up. Please ship the item to us in a timely manner and packed adequately so that the item does not break during shipment back to us. If there is damage to the item upon return, we will assess the damage and render a partial refund appropriately.
If the buyer is not completely satisfied with their purchase, the seller should inform us(email us through eBay only) and return the item back to us within 30 days. We do not offer partial refunds and there are no exceptions.
Return shipment is paid for by the buyer. However, if the item is lost during the return shipment, the sale value of the item is the sole responsible of the buyer and hence there will be no refund issued to the buyer.
*** In regards to NEW ITEMS, refunds will be NOT be full refunds if the item's original packaging box and plastic seal has been completely opened. There will be a 25% of final listing price(minus shipping cost) RESTOCKING FEE. ***
PAYMENT POLICY
PayPal payment of auction item must be completed within 8 hours of auction end.
Payment is through PayPal only and must be completed within 8 hours after the end of the auction.
We accept returns and the buyer pays for return shipping. Buyers should provide a tracking number for the return shipment. Shipping insurance for the value of the auctioned item is recommended. Used items must be in the same condition as originally shipped. Items that have incurred impact, heat, water or sand damage will not be accepted.
If possible, pack the photo gear in the original shipping packaging. If the original shipping packaging is not available, then wrap each individual item in bubble wrap. Newspaper may be used if bubble wrap is not available. Be sure to wrap each item completely and secure with tape. The tape should never come in contact with the surface of the photo gear as it may damage the finish.Choose an appropriate size box for the items to be shipped. Too small may not allow room for ample padding. Too large may allow for items to bounce around. If you are reusing a box, remove any old labels to prevent shipping mix-ups.
Please pad the box with a material such as bubble wrap, packing peanuts, or shredded paper while keeping the equipment in the center of the box. The photo gear should not come in contact with the box. Make sure enough packing material has been used allowing for no give at the top. Also make sure that the photo gear in the middle of the cushioning material, so the item does not move inside the box. Please use adequate amount of shipping tape to secure the contents of the box.
