This is a one-of-a-kind Dutch Landweer Lastgeving or Military Instruction book, issued November 1, 1913 in Amsterdam. There is an attached page with partly faded writing that is signed. I don't read Dutch so I can't say much about this.
The name looks to be Jan Hendrik ? Kamnik.
The cover of the book has wear and short tears. The inside of the book is loose. The book measures 4 7/8 x 7.5 inches.
