  • Condition: This advertisement is 91 years old (June 26, 1910). There is a water stain at the right lower edge of the ad. There are also a series of small holes along the extreme right edge. Both the stain and the holes could be trimmed. However, depending on the matting and/or framing the holes would definitely be covered, as would much of the stain.
