NOTE...This item is a type of volt meter and is sensitive to electronic devices.  Do not use around cellphones or other electronics to avoid false readings.  Also the human body puts off a form of electrical current so rapid movement will sometimes cause the sound indicator to alert. If having issues refer to enclosed instruction manual.  This is not a professional volt meter but when used properly this item works with high accuracy and is very helpful in locating a problem in a string of lights, a bad bulb, or blown fuses.  Less than 1% of the testers sold give false readings, if that occurs please contact me before leaving any negative or neutral feedback.
