    Description

    Excellent condition original Chilean Model 1895 Mauser bayonet that is complete with matching numbered scabbard. Maker marked “WEYERSBERG KIRSCHBAUM & CO. SOLINGEN” on the left ricasso and has Chilean proof marks on the right ricasso. Blade has beautiful original bright finish and was never sharpened. Remaining metal finish is original bright with a little gray patina. Wood grips have original finish and a good tight fit with some normal handling marks. Lock button functions fine. Matching numbered steel scabbard has nice original blue metal finish showing a little normal wear and several small dents. A nice Chile 95 Mauser bayonet with matching numbers.
