    Description

    This copper cylindrical canister measures approximately 4" tall to the top of the lid, and 4 3/8" wide at the base. I believe this is intended as a cigarette holder or tobacco humidor. The lid is interesting; there looks like a paper disk between the top and bottom, which are screwed together. This is marked on the base with Carlson, Boston. I think it dates to around the 1930's. This has quite a bit of surface wear, scratches and spots. There are a couple small dings/dents. Please see my pictures, and thanks for looking!
