Assortment of VINTAGE CATHOLIC PRAYER CARDS+BOOKLETS  approx 39. The items included dates from the late 1930s through possibly 1980's. 7 duplicates of one card which has information of 50th anniversary of priesthood.
Fr. Louis Cimmino who born in Italy in 1908.  He had  Bachelor, Master, an Doctorate degrees in Theology.  In 1937 he received a call from the Italian Bishop to provide spiritual care to the Italians in Omaha NE.  He later became an American citizen and then a chaplain in the American Army during World War II spending his time Europe.
There is writing on the back of some of the prayer cards from one nun to another.  These items belonged to a relative who was a Sister of Mercy for over 25 years.  Other items of a more personal nature were kept in the family. Items in this lot include: information on the scapula, holy water, Miraculous Infant Jesus of Prague booklet Oct. 1941, Devotions in Honor of our Mother of Perpetual Help booklet Dec. 1935, Jesus speaks his blessings to Theresa Neumann 1940.  Please message me with any questions about this collection.
