Antique WW1 French Brass Trench Art Vase From Artillery Shell

Incredible piece of history! These artillery shells were collected by soldiers and civilians and painstakingly carved into intricate designs. This heavy, solid brass shell casing is dated on the underside 1913 and was used during World War I. Features a lovely pattern of flowers and a scalloped edge.and the word FRANCE  Would be an incredible collector’s item or conversation piece for a history buff.
This is a great piece of trench art with flowers and France measures approx 8 1/2" high and base 3 1/2" great condition lovely patina. . Dated sept 1913 WOW 108 years old a great piece of world history Thanks to all who serve and have served
