    Description

    AIE-200 8" Impulse Sealer new sealing wire w/2 included
    Impulse sealers are great for selling food items, small parts, and anything that can go into a 9" wide plastic bag.
    The number on the front tells you how long the impulse wire will heat to seal the package.  Depending on bag thickness you can increase the impulse seal time.
    It is easy to use.  Plug in.  Put stuff in bag.  Press down on the sealer.  It is automatic.  Once the red light on front goes out, seal is completed.
    Test on a bag or two before you get started to get the heat adjusted to 'weld' the bag shut with no burning.
    Units will need the wire and pfe cloth changed under the wire.  The wire is what gets hot and seals the bag.
    Not only have I installed a new sealing wire/cloth combo, but I include 2 more so you can get a lot of service out of the unit.
