Horizontal Form Fill Seal Flow Wrapper Packaging Machine
This is a brand new and tested high speed packaging machine capable of speeds up to 150 products per minute. This machine uses flat roll stock film formed into a bag and converts it to the same type of packaging you see granola bars, protein bars, cereal bars, candy bars, cookies, ice cream bars, popsicles, utensils and other products packaged in. The machine is compatible with many different types of printers and label applicators so best buy date, lot numbers and other information can be added. We understand these machines, we offer setup, support and have parts in stock and available to ship the same day. We have many years of film printing and lamination experience and can provide compatible film based on your product type and environment.

This machine can be customized for your product and application if required. Custom printed compatible laminated film with your brand and package design is available for the product wrap. This machine is very reliable and US stocked parts and support are available. We understand the importance of reducing downtime and keeping your production online.
This machine is designed for high volume output and is designed to keep your product fresh and sealed. By utilizing a flat film packaging material that can be dispensed at high speed the per piece price for packaging becomes very cost effective. Along with reduced labor costs this machine will allow you to fulfill demand faster and spend less time packaging. With the optional printer you can mark the package with best buy or production dates as well as lot numbers and unique identification codes.

Variable bag width former, stainless steel contact surfaces, touch screen controls, optical sensor system for automatic film tracking, printer and encoder ready.
We have solutions to help automate your packaging workflow. Options such as custom trays can be designed to hold smaller items or more fragile items. Vertical machines are available based on project requirements and product type intended for packaging.
Film both plain and custom printed compatible film are available. We use different film lamination structures based on product type and desired look. Custom film is printed, laminated, and cut to roll size as required based on your design requirements and product size.
This is currently setup for products roughly 1.25" Wide x 4 7/8" Long x 0.5" Tall but can be adjusted within the size specification range of the machine. This machine can be configured for your specific product type and application. Additional consumables and replacement parts available and ship from our warehouse. Does not include printer encoder, in-feed conveyor, exit conveyor, output brush shipping or installation but these options are available for purchase separately. Custom in-feed and exit conveyors as well as custom pushers and chain configurations are also available separately to fit your product. All product contact parts are stainless steel. Machine is reliable, easy to operate, clean and maintain.
