A Silver (? Colored) Miraculous Medal ***VINTAGE***

A Silver (?) Colored Miraculous Medal features Mary with Rays Shooting Out from Her Hands. At the base, it reads '1830', which was the year the vision came to Sister Catherine Laboure. Words from the vision form an oval frame around Mary:
"O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee."
On the reverse side, there is a Cross and bar which surmounts a large, bold "M". Twelve stars are dispersed around the perimeter. Two hearts are depicted underneath the "M", the left lapped with a crown of thorns, the right skewed by a sword. From each, a flame emanates from the top. It also says 'ITALY' under the hearts.
Very Good Vintage Condition. Sold as is.
Measures approx 7/8" H x 1/2" W
