PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
32 Inch Portable Impulse I Bar Sealer  - package of 1 set
Product:
One 32" length impulse portable I bar sealer.
110 Volt. 1000 Watts
Features:
UL approval. Highly reliable, and durable
Sealing length up to 32". Can seal up to 6 mil (600 gauge) x 2 thick film.
Round wire installed, provide seal and cut at the same time.
Absolutely trouble free. Satisfaction guaranteed. 90 days factory warranty.
Replacement kits with teflon, one round wire and one flat wire included.
It has an 8 feet electrical cord, connecting from the temperature controller to the hand held unit. The hand held unit can move freely over to object to be sealed.
A rubber cushion included. Simply put film or bags over rubber cushion or any other proper cushion, then use hand held unit to cut and seal it. It makes sealing large objects easier, including gift baskets and most packaging products.
The hand held unit uses a micro switch to activate the impulse sealing/cutting wire
Some Common Uses:
It provides durable seals for almost any sealable films and bags. Work for Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP), Polyvinylchloride (PVC), Polyurenthane, Polyolefin, Pliofilm, Kel-F, Polyflex, Mylar, P.V.A., Tivac, Saran, Nylo and all other sealable films, bags.
