    This 28-pin DIP to TSOP Adapter PCB can be used to mount 28-pin SMD ICs
    (8 × 13.4 mm)
    in a Plastic Thin Small Outline Package and then access the IC pins via the PCB's 0.1" spaced solder holes. Mount our optional male pin headers and you can use the PCB like a DIP package.
    The board also has space for a 2-pin header and one SMD resistor, which are intended for use with an AT45DB642D.
