Braided Hair Large cent minted between 1843 and 1857 (the date is not visible, but the large letters on the reverse narrow it to those years). The coin pictured is the exact coin you will receive. The coin is bent slightly and discolored. The obverse was possibly smoothed to be engraved into a love token, but was never carved.
