This is a lot of 13 unused WWI post cards from around 1917-1918. Included in this lot:
(1) Sailors sitting on top of ship gun
2) Wake of submarine chase
(3) Flotilla of destroyers on way to sea
(4) Off to join Atlantic fleet
(5) Field artillery in action
(6) Somewhere on the Atlantic coast (large coast artillery guns)
(7) Four branches of the Navy (shows a submarine airplane and some ships)
(8) Armored motor battery
(9) Soldier looking at destruction (Marne 1918)
(10) American soldier among ruins
(11) First American victory (Vaux - les ruines)
(12) Another first American victory (Belleau)
(13) American cemetery (Belleau)
Cards #9-13 are French post cards. None of the post cards are used or postmarked. They are all in fairly nice condition; little bit of corner wear but otherwise nice.
